Typical applications include structural alignment, pressing, lifting, and clamping operations using double-acting cylinders. The VM-4 4-way manual valve provides straightforward directional control without requiring electrical actuation, making it reliable in field conditions. Air supply requirements vary by output pressure: the pump draws 26 CFM at low pressure and 11 CFM at 10,000 psi, so a properly sized air compressor and supply line are essential for consistent performance.
