The ENERPAC hc-9250c is a high-pressure thermoplastic hydraulic hose assembly rated for 10,000 psi operating pressure, built for demanding industrial hydraulic systems. Part of the H900 Series, it measures 50 feet in length with a 0.25-inch inner diameter and terminates in 3/8-inch NPTF connections at each end. The hose construction features two layers of steel wire braid beneath a rubber outer sleeve, providing burst resistance and long service life in heavy-duty, high-cycle applications. Each assembly includes two CH-604 quick-disconnect couplers with dust caps. Crimped-on rubber strain relief at each end reduces flex fatigue at connection points. Licensed hydraulic technicians and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
The hc-9250c is suited for industrial hydraulic tool circuits and material handling equipment where long hose runs and repeated high-pressure cycling are common. Its low-memory construction allows the hose to remain flexible and manageable across the full 50-foot length without coiling back against routing paths. Designed to comply with the Material Handling Institute IJ-100 hose specification, it fits applications in manufacturing, maintenance, and heavy equipment servicing environments where a reliable, flexible high-pressure hose run is required.
Designed for use with ENERPAC H900 Series hydraulic systems and compatible with circuits requiring 3/8-inch NPTF connections and 10,000 psi rated hose assemblies. Couplers are CH-604 type at both ends.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician. Before disconnecting or replacing any hose, fully depressurize the hydraulic circuit and relieve all stored energy in accumulators or cylinders. Inspect fittings and coupler seats for debris before connecting, and verify that dust caps are in place on unused couplers. Route the hose to avoid sharp bends, abrasion points, and contact with hot surfaces.
