The EMUGE L0100100.0965 is a double-end STI plug thread gage designed to inspect M2.5x0.45 internal threads to the 6H tolerance class. One end carries the Go member and the opposite end carries the No Go member, allowing a technician to confirm both the minimum and maximum thread limits in a single tool. Built from tool steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it conforms to DIN ISO 1502 standards and ships with a short-form certification. The handle is included. At 0.26 pounds, the gage is compact enough for bench or in-line inspection use in machining, assembly, and quality-control environments.
This gage is suited for verifying STI (Screw Thread Insert) tapped holes that accept M2.5x0.45 right-hand threads. Typical applications include inspection of precision machined components, threaded inserts in aerospace and electronics assemblies, and production floor go/no-go verification wherever a 6H thread-fit classification is specified. The double-end configuration reduces tool changeover time during repetitive inspection cycles.
Designed for inspection of M2.5x0.45 6H STI internal threads in right-hand tapped holes conforming to DIN ISO 1502.
Thread gages should be handled and stored carefully to prevent damage to the threaded members, as surface nicks or corrosion will affect gage accuracy. Before use, clean the gage and the part being inspected to remove chips, coolant, and debris. Apply the Go end with hand pressure only - never force a thread gage with tools or excessive torque. Periodic re-calibration is recommended per your quality system requirements; this gage ships non-calibrated and a short-form certification is included.
