The EMUGE GFS23106.5614 is a single profile STI thread mill designed for cutting internal threads in demanding machining applications. Built from solid carbide and coated with TiCN for improved wear resistance and tool life, this mill handles thread sizes of 8-32 across a range of 32 to 36 threads per inch. With a cutting diameter of 0.167 inches, a 1/4-inch shank, and an overall length of 2.5 inches, it is sized for precision work in tight bore geometries. The three-flute configuration balances chip evacuation with cutting stability.
