Emtek EMP21211US10B Empowered 2 Deadbolt Bluetooth Wifi

Product Description

The EMTEK EMP21211US10B Empowered 2 is a key-free electronic deadbolt combining touchscreen, fingerprint, and smartphone access in a single unit finished in oil rubbed bronze. The lock communicates via Bluetooth and WiFi, allowing remote lock and unlock operations from a cell phone or smart device. Biometric fingerprint reading and code entry are built into the exterior touchscreen. The interior retains a standard thumb turn for manual operation. Designed for residential entry doors, this deadbolt suits front, side, back, and garage entry applications. A licensed locksmith or experienced installer handles this type of smart lock.

This deadbolt fits residential doors with a backset of 2-3/4 inches or 2-3/8 inches and accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/4 inches to 2-1/4 inches. Handing is fully reversible, covering both left- and right-handed door swings without additional parts. All necessary mounting hardware ships with the unit, making it a direct replacement or new-installation deadbolt for standard residential prep. Access sharing supports permanent, scheduled, or temporary user codes, making it practical for rental properties, vacation homes, and primary residences where keyless entry is preferred.
