Emtek C5112HLOUS19 Passage Set Helios Lever Flat Black

Product Description

The EMTEK C5112HLOUS19 is a concealed fastener passage set featuring a modern rectangular rosette paired with the Helios lever in a Flat Black (US19) finish. Passage sets of this type provide unlatched door operation with no locking function, making them the standard choice for interior doors such as hallways, closets, and open living spaces. The concealed fastener design eliminates exposed screws on the rosette face for a clean, finished appearance. Metal construction provides durability suited to everyday residential door hardware installation.

This passage set is intended for interior residential door applications where privacy or locking function is not required. The modern rectangular rosette profile suits contemporary and transitional architectural styles. The Helios lever and matching rosette share the same Flat Black (US19) finish throughout. Installation is handled by finish carpenters, general contractors, or experienced DIYers working on new construction or door hardware replacement projects.

Installation Notes

Passage sets of this type are installed by finish carpenters or general contractors using standard door hardware hand tools. Power down any electronic door systems and ensure the door is properly hung and shimmed before hardware installation. Follow the manufacturer's supplied template for accurate bore and latch preparations. Concealed fastener rosettes require removal of an outer trim ring or cover to access mounting screws - do not force the cover or lever during disassembly.
