Emtek 5210US19.LSUS19.KNUS19.RH Privacy Lockset Flat Black

Product Description

The EMTEK 5210US19.LSUS19.KNUS19.RH is a Select Series privacy lockset configured with a square rosette, L-Square stem, and knurled lever in a right-hand orientation finished in flat black. Designed for interior privacy applications such as bathrooms and bedrooms, this lockset provides a turn-button locking mechanism on the interior side with an emergency release on the exterior. The knurled lever texture offers a secure, positive grip, and the square rosette gives the installation a clean, contemporary profile. This hardware is intended for interior door installation by contractors, finish carpenters, and experienced DIYers working with pre-bored doors.

This privacy lockset is suited for residential interior doors where occupancy privacy is required without a keyed entry function. The right-hand configuration applies to doors that swing away from you when the hinges are on the left. The flat black finish coordinates with modern and transitional interior design schemes. The L-Square stem accommodates specific door thickness and backset requirements, making it important to verify door prep dimensions before ordering.

Installation Notes

Installation is typically performed by a finish carpenter or experienced installer using standard door hardware tools including a latch-bore kit and screwdrivers. Confirm door hand orientation and backset measurement before beginning installation. Do not force the latch or lever assembly if resistance is encountered, as this may indicate a door prep or hand mismatch. Verify that the door is properly hung and square before installing the lockset to ensure smooth operation.
