The ELKAY RNSF8118LR2 is a floor-mounted stainless steel scullery sink built for demanding commercial and industrial environments. Fabricated from 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish, this single-compartment sink measures 27 inches wide by 29.75 inches front-to-back by 12.75 inches deep overall. The bowl itself provides 18 inches of length, 24 inches of width, and 12.75 inches of depth. An integrated drainboard with a conical pitch promotes continuous drainage away from the wash area. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers handle this unit in foodservice, healthcare, and high-traffic institutional settings.
This sink is designed for use in commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, cafeterias, and other high-volume environments where a dedicated scullery or prep station is required. It is floor-mounted on stainless steel tubular legs with cross-brace supports, making it suitable for open-floor installations where undercounter cabinetry is not present. The two pre-drilled faucet holes accommodate standard deck-mount commercial faucets, allowing configuration for high-volume water flow. Adjustable bullet-shaped feet with approximately 1 inch of vertical adjustment allow leveling on uneven surfaces common in older commercial buildings.
Designed as an OEM-style floor-mounted scullery sink for commercial plumbing installations. Accepts standard 3.5-inch commercial drain assemblies and deck-mount faucets with standard hole spacing. Suitable for foodservice, healthcare, and institutional applications where NSF-compliant stainless steel fixtures are required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in location before positioning the unit. Level the sink using the adjustable feet before making final drain and supply connections. Do not exceed the rated load capacity of the legs, and ensure cross-brace hardware is fully tightened before placing the unit into service.
