The ELKAY RESIDENTIAL LRADQ1918652 is a drop-in, single-bowl kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a uniform Lustertone finish. The overall sink dimensions are 19 inches by 18 inches by 6.5 inches, with a usable bowl measuring 16 inches long, 11.5 inches wide, and 6.375 inches deep. The sink meets ADA compliance requirements and is manufactured in the USA. Quick-Clip Mounting hardware is included, allowing the unit to be secured from above the countertop without undercabinet access. Large sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce basin noise during use. Drain placement is rear-center, which frees up usable space below the sink for standard trap and supply configurations.
This sink is designed for residential kitchen installations where a compact, ADA-compliant drop-in unit is required. The 6.375-inch bowl depth handles typical dishwashing and food prep tasks. The rear-center drain position is compatible with standard P-trap configurations and leaves more usable cabinet space beneath the countertop. The Lustertone brushed finish blends with most residential kitchen decors and resists visible surface wear under normal use. Minor surface scratches blend into the directional grain finish over time, and the manufacturer supports restoration with a compatible repair kit.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchen countertop applications requiring a single-bowl, ADA-compliant unit with a standard rear-center drain cutout.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified trades professional. Shut off the water supply at the stop valves and disconnect drain connections before removing any existing sink. The Quick-Clip Mounting System secures the sink from above after setting the unit into the countertop cutout - verify cutout dimensions against the sink specification before cutting. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the rim per the manufacturer's instructions and local plumbing code requirements before final clip tightening.
