Elkay Residential LFR1915 Drop-in Kitchen Sink Single Bowl

Product Description

The ELKAY RESIDENTIAL LFR1915 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel drop-in kitchen sink designed for residential kitchen installations. The single bowl measures 19 x 15 x 7.625 inches, offering a rectangular basin with straight sidewalls and a flat bottom that maximizes usable wash and soak space. The lustrous brushed finish is engineered to resist visible scratching under normal use, and light surface marks blend in over time through natural wear. Sound-deadening pads bonded to the underside reduce vibration and water noise during use. This sink is installed by plumbers or qualified tradespeople and is manufactured in the USA.

The LFR1915 is suited for residential kitchen applications where a compact, functional single bowl drop-in sink is required. The U-channel mounting system allows clips to be seated from inside the channel, reducing time working under the counter during installation. The centrally located 3.5-inch drain opening supports standard drain assemblies. A minimum cabinet size of 24 inches is required for proper fit. This sink is appropriate for primary kitchen stations, laundry rooms, or utility areas where a durable stainless steel basin is needed.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect drain lines before removing any existing sink. The U-channel clip system requires no special tooling beyond standard plumber hand tools. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the channel or countertop surface.
