The ELKAY RESIDENTIAL ELUH3119LDBG is an undermount double bowl kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a Lustertone Classic finish. The offset 40/60 bowl configuration measures 31.25 inches x 20 inches overall with a 7.5-inch depth in both bowls, providing dedicated zones for washing, rinsing, and soaking. Rear center drain placement on each bowl keeps the under-sink cabinet area clear of plumbing obstruction. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the sink exterior to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is intended for installation by a licensed plumber or experienced finish carpenter working with undermount countertop applications.
This sink fits residential kitchen installations requiring a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. The smaller bowl measures 11.5 inches x 15 inches and the larger bowl measures 16 inches x 17.5 inches, both at 7.5 inches deep. The offset split makes the larger bowl practical for full-size cookware while the smaller bowl handles prep rinsing. The kit includes a bottom grid (LKWOBG1617SS) and a drain (LK99), so no separate accessory purchases are required at installation. The sink can also serve in prep sink or light bar sink applications where undermount installation is specified.
Designed for undermount installation in residential kitchen countertops requiring a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Compatible accessories included in the kit: bottom grid LKWOBG1617SS and drain LK99.
Undermount sink installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson familiar with countertop substrate requirements for undermount applications. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain plumbing before beginning removal or installation. Mounting hardware and adhesive sealant requirements vary by countertop material - confirm manufacturer specifications for stone, solid surface, or laminate substrates before proceeding. Installation should comply with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines.
