Elkay Residential DLR2222102 Drop-in Kitchen Sink 22x22

Product Description

The ELKAY RESIDENTIAL DLR2222102 is a single bowl drop-in kitchen sink made from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 22 inches x 22 inches x 10.125 inches overall, with a rectangular bowl interior of 19 inches in length and 16 inches in width. The sink features a lustrous scratch-resistant finish and factory-installed sound-deadening pads on the sides and bottom to reduce vibration and noise during use. A dual-hole configuration supports a range of faucet styles. This sink is installed by plumbers in residential kitchen applications and is compatible with standard garbage disposals via its 3.5-inch drain opening.

This sink is designed for residential kitchen installations where a single large bowl is needed for everyday washing, soaking, and stacking. The U-channel drop-in design allows mounting clips to be placed inside the channel, reducing the need to work under the sink during installation. The flat bottom interior simplifies cleaning. A minimum cabinet width of 27 inches is required for installation. This model is suited for primary kitchen sink positions in new construction or remodel projects.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed plumber. Shut off the water supply before beginning work. The U-channel mounting system uses clips placed inside the channel - verify clip placement and sealant application per local plumbing code requirements before securing the sink deck. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this may distort the sink rim or countertop surface.
