Elkay Residential DLR1716100 Drop-in Kitchen Sink

Product Description

The ELKAY RESIDENTIAL DLR1716100 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel single bowl drop-in kitchen sink designed for residential installations. The bowl measures 17 inches by 16 inches with a depth of 10.125 inches, featuring straight sidewalls and a flat bottom that provide generous capacity for washing stockpots, sheet pans, and large cookware. The lustrous scratch-resistant finish maintains its appearance under daily use, and sound-deadening pads are included to reduce vibration and noise during operation. Plumbers and experienced installers handle this sink using the U-channel drop-in mounting method.

This sink is suited for residential kitchen countertop installations where a drop-in single bowl configuration is required. The U-channel mounting system simplifies drop-in installation and accommodates countertop thicknesses up to 0.75 inches. The minimum required cabinet width is 21 inches. The 3.5-inch drain opening is compatible with standard garbage disposal flanges and strainer baskets. Made in the USA, this sink is appropriate for new construction and remodel projects alike where a single bowl drop-in format is specified.
