The ELKAY EFRU311810TFC is a double bowl undermount sink kit built for demanding kitchen environments. Fabricated from 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it delivers the wall thickness and corrosion resistance expected in high-use residential and light commercial kitchens. The kit measures 30.75 inches in length, 18.5 inches in width, and 10 inches in depth, with two equal bowls each measuring 13.5 inches by 16 inches. Flat-bottomed bowls with tight corners maximize usable basin space for soaking, stacking, and washing. Sound-deadening pads and undercoating are applied to reduce noise during operation. Licensed plumbers and experienced installers handle this type of undermount sink replacement or new construction rough-in.
The EFRU311810TFC kit is suited for residential kitchen renovations and new construction where an undermount configuration is specified. The undermount design eliminates the rim-to-countertop seam, simplifying countertop cleaning and producing a flush transition. The kit includes an LKAV2061CR faucet, two CTXBG1214 bottom grids, and two LKDD deep strainer drains, along with Bar Keeper's Friend cleanser and a microfiber towel. This makes it a complete single-order solution for a kitchen sink installation. The offset drain placement on each bowl increases usable basin floor space and improves clearance in the cabinet below.
Designed as an OEM-style undermount double bowl sink kit for residential kitchen countertop cutout installations. Included accessories are LKAV2061CR faucet, CTXBG1214 bottom grids (quantity 2), and LKDD deep strainer drains (quantity 2).
Undermount sink installation requires securing the sink to the underside of the countertop using clips and adhesive appropriate for the countertop material - a task typically completed by a licensed plumber or finish carpenter. Shut off the water supply at the stop valves and disconnect the drain assembly before beginning removal of any existing sink. Follow local plumbing code requirements for drain connections and trap configurations. Do not overtighten the drain strainer locknut, as this can distort the sink basin or damage the strainer body.
