The ELKAY DLR332210PDMR2 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel drop-in kitchen sink featuring two equal-sized rectangular bowls in a 33 x 22 x 10.125 inch overall footprint. Each bowl measures 13.5 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 10 inches in depth, delivering generous capacity for washing, soaking, and rinsing. The sink uses a Perfect Drain design that eliminates the raised lip found on traditional drains, allowing food particles and debris to rinse away cleanly rather than collect around the drain opening. Sound-deadening pads are factory-applied to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is installed by plumbers and kitchen remodelers in residential kitchen applications.
The DLR332210PDMR2 is designed for residential kitchen countertop installations where a drop-in, top-mount configuration is required. The U-channel mounting system positions clips inside the channel before the sink is lowered into the countertop cutout, reducing the need for extended work from below the cabinet. Inner straight sidewalls maximize usable bowl volume, making it practical for filling large stockpots, soaking sheet pans, and managing high-volume kitchen prep and cleanup tasks. A minimum cabinet width of 36 inches is required for proper fit.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-install sink for residential kitchen countertops requiring a 33 x 22 inch cutout and a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Includes two LKPD1 Perfect Drain strainers. Consult countertop cutout template for exact opening dimensions before installation.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified kitchen installer in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing an existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the countertop cutout perimeter prior to lowering the sink into position, then secure mounting clips evenly to avoid stress on the deck. Do not overtighten mounting hardware against fragile countertop materials such as solid surface or laminate without appropriate backing support.
