The ELKAY COMMERCIAL LK940TS08T4S is a centerset wall mount faucet built from solid brass for long-term durability in demanding commercial environments. It features an 8-inch tube spout reach and a 5.125-inch spout height, providing adequate clearance for dishwashing and food prep tasks. A quarter-turn ceramic disc valve delivers smooth, reliable operation cycle after cycle. The faucet ships with a 1.5 GPM vandal-resistant aerator installed and includes 2.2 GPM and 0.5 GPM aerator inserts, supporting low-flow and water-conservation requirements. It meets lead-free standards and is certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers are the primary trade for this fixture.
This faucet is designed for two-hole wall mount installations in commercial kitchens, cafeterias, food service prep areas, and institutional settings such as schools and healthcare facilities. The 4-inch ADA-compliant wristblade handles allow operation without requiring a firm grip, making them appropriate for accessible installations. The 1/2-inch adjustable inlets with integral stops simplify shutoff access during maintenance without requiring additional valves at the wall. A spout swing restriction pin locks the spout in a fixed position when a stationary configuration is needed.
Designed for two-hole centerset wall mount installations in commercial plumbing applications. Fits standard 1/2-inch supply inlets. Suitable for food service, institutional, and light industrial sink installations where ADA-compliant wristblade handle operation is required.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning installation or servicing the integral stops. Verify wall blocking or backing is adequate to support the fixture weight prior to mounting. Do not overtighten the aerator inserts; hand-tighten and verify flow rate before returning the fixture to service.
