The ELK Products M1DBHR is an active RS-485 data bus hub, identified by the MPN ELK-M1DBHR. This hub is created for systems where M1Gold or M1EZ8 controls are being used in retrofitting older panels with multiple home run four-conductor keypad/data wires. It effectively splits the main RS-485 data bus into four manageable branches.
- Supports up to eight home runs using existing wiring.
- Each branch supports two parallel cables.
