The ELECTRO HARDWARE S841-M07-F16-I is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer machined from 18-8 grade 303 stainless steel and left uncoated. It measures 1 inch overall length with a 0.194 inch inside diameter and a 0.3125 inch outside diameter. Designed for use with No. 10 screw sizes, this spacer creates consistent standoff clearance between a circuit board and a mounting surface or between stacked boards. Electricians, electronics technicians, and control board service professionals use this type of hardware when mounting control boards inside HVAC equipment, electrical enclosures, or panel assemblies. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion in environments where moisture or condensation is a factor.
This spacer fits residential and light commercial applications where No. 10 fasteners are used to mount circuit boards in HVAC air handlers, furnace control enclosures, electrical panels, and similar assemblies. Its compact 5/16 inch outside diameter allows installation in tight board layouts. The female unthreaded bore accepts a No. 10 screw passed through from the board side, with a mating fastener securing from below. It is sold individually and is appropriate for single-unit repairs or small-batch installations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service spacer for circuit board mounting applications requiring a No. 10 screw, female unthreaded round spacer in the inch measurement system.
This spacer is installed by electricians and electronics technicians during control board replacement or new panel assembly. De-energize all circuits and discharge any capacitors before servicing control boards in HVAC or electrical equipment. Use the correct No. 10 fastener length to account for the 1 inch spacer height and board thickness. Follow applicable NEC requirements for enclosure and control board mounting when installing in electrical panels or HVAC equipment.
