The ELECTRO HARDWARE S309M07F16C is a round, female unthreaded circuit board spacer manufactured from Grade 303 stainless steel to the QQ-S-763 fastener standard. It measures 0.5 inches in overall length with a 0.089 inch inside diameter and a 0.1875 inch outside diameter. The bright, uncoated finish leaves the stainless steel surface exposed for corrosion resistance without added coating thickness. This spacer is sized for No. 2 screw hardware and is used to create precise standoff clearance between a circuit board and a mounting surface. Licensed electricians and electronics assembly technicians are the primary installers.
This spacer is suited for residential and commercial electronic control board installations where a low-profile, small-diameter standoff is required. Typical applications include PCB mounting in HVAC control enclosures, electrical panel subassemblies, and other light-duty electronic assemblies requiring a No. 2 screw-size standoff. Its stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for environments where mild corrosion resistance is needed.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit spacer for circuit board mounting applications requiring a No. 2 screw-size, female unthreaded round standoff in the inch measurement system.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or qualified electronics technicians. Always power down and de-energize the control board assembly before removing or installing spacers. Standard hand tools are sufficient for placement; no special torque equipment is required for unthreaded spacers. Follow all applicable NEC guidelines when working inside electrical enclosures.
