The ELECTRO HARDWARE P625M01F21-832 is a round female standoff designed for use in electronic enclosures, control panels, and circuit board assemblies. Machined from brass with a zinc-plated finish, this standoff provides a threaded internal mount point for securing PCBs, panels, and components at a fixed distance from a mounting surface. It carries an 8-32 thread size, measures 2 inches in overall length with a 0.25 inch outside diameter, and features a full 1 inch of thread depth. It is fully threaded internally and meets ASTM B633 Type 1 and QQ-B-626 Comp 22 finish standards. Electricians, panel builders, and electronic assembly technicians are the primary installers.
This standoff is suited for residential and commercial control panel builds, HVAC equipment electrical enclosures, and general electronic chassis assembly where a repeatable, rigid standoff height is required. The 2 inch overall length creates clearance between a circuit board or sub-panel and its mounting surface. The 8-32 thread accepts standard machine screws commonly used in instrumentation and light industrial enclosure work. Its compact 0.25 inch diameter allows dense layouts with minimal footprint per mounting point.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation standoff for applications requiring an 8-32 female thread, 2 inch overall length, and 0.25 inch outside diameter in brass construction with zinc plating.
Installation is performed by electricians, panel builders, or electronic assembly technicians working within applicable NEC guidelines for enclosure and control panel construction. Power down and de-energize any panel or enclosure before installing or replacing standoffs. Use a correctly sized nut driver or open-end wrench matched to the 0.25 inch hex body to avoid deforming the standoff. Do not overtighten mating screws, as brass is softer than steel and thread damage is possible with excessive torque.
