The ELECTRO HARDWARE MP441M06F16M3 is a female hex circuit board standoff designed to create precise, rigid spacing between PCBs or between a board and a mounting surface. Machined from aluminum alloy to the QQ-A-225A Comp 2 standard, Material Grade T3, this standoff features a fully threaded M3 x 0.5 internal thread running the full 21 mm body length. The hex body profile measures 4.5 mm across flats, allowing standard hex drivers and nut drivers to seat cleanly during installation. Its plain, bright uncoated finish suits general-purpose electronic assembly applications where anodizing or additional coating is not required. Electronics assemblers, board-level technicians, and OEM production staff are the typical installers.
This standoff is suited for metric PCB stacking assemblies, chassis mounting applications, and control board installations where an M3 x 0.5 threaded interface is specified. The 21 mm overall length provides clearance for component clearance requirements or wire routing between stacked boards. Typical applications include industrial control panels, HVAC control board assemblies, electrical enclosures, and embedded electronics builds where consistent board-to-board or board-to-chassis standoff height is required.

Installation requires a hex driver or nut driver sized for a 4.5 mm across-flats hex body. Power down all equipment and discharge any stored energy before working inside electrical enclosures or on control boards. Do not over-torque aluminum standoffs, as the material is susceptible to thread stripping; hand-tighten and snug with a driver only. Follow applicable IPC assembly standards and the equipment manufacturer's torque guidelines for M3 fasteners.
