The ELECTRO HARDWARE MP1019M19F16M3 is a female hex circuit board standoff designed to create fixed spacing between PCBs or between a board and a chassis surface. Machined from nylon with a plain uncoated finish, this standoff features a fully threaded M3 x 0.5 female thread running the full 10 mm body length, providing consistent thread engagement throughout. The hexagonal body measures 6 mm across flats, allowing installation and removal with standard hex drivers or wrenches. With a tensile strength of 16,500 psi, the nylon construction offers adequate mechanical strength while providing electrical isolation between the board and mounting surface. This fastener is manufactured to MIL-P-17091B standards. Electronics assemblers, PCB technicians, and electrical panel builders are the typical installers.
This standoff is suited for use in residential and commercial electronics assembly, control panel fabrication, and OEM circuit board mounting applications. It is appropriate wherever M3 metric threaded, electrically isolating board spacers are required.
