The ELECTRO HARDWARE MMF1341M09F16M3 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to create precise spacing between PCBs and mounting surfaces in electronic assemblies. Manufactured from 303 stainless steel with a bright, uncoated finish, this standoff meets the QQ-S-763 fastener standard for stainless steel hardware. It features an M3 x 0.5 thread on both the male and female ends, a 4.5 mm hex body width across flats, and an overall length of approximately 1.172 inches (29.76 mm). The 25.00 mm hex body length provides the primary standoff spacing. Electronics assemblers, control panel builders, and field technicians use this type of hardware when mounting PCBs inside HVAC control enclosures, variable frequency drives, thermostat housings, and similar equipment.
This standoff is suited for metric M3 threaded circuit board mounting applications in both residential and commercial control systems. It is commonly installed when stacking PCBs, securing boards to chassis panels, or providing electrically isolated or mechanically stable spacing in control enclosures. The stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for environments requiring corrosion resistance, such as poolside equipment panels or outdoor-rated enclosures. A torque tool sized for a 4.5 mm hex is required for proper installation and removal.
Designed for use in M3 x 0.5 threaded metric circuit board mounting applications. Suitable for PCB assemblies and control enclosures specifying 4.5 mm hex, M3 metric standoff hardware.
Installation is performed by electronics assemblers or licensed electricians working on control panel builds. Power down and de-energize all circuits in the enclosure before installing or removing standoffs near live PCBs. Use a 4.5 mm hex driver or appropriately sized nut driver to seat the standoff without over-torquing and stripping the M3 threads. Follow applicable enclosure and control panel assembly standards, referencing NEC guidelines where control wiring is involved.
