The ELECTRO HARDWARE MMF1337M0321M25 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to create fixed spacing between PCBs, mounting panels, and enclosure surfaces. The standoff features a metric M2.5 x 0.45 thread on both ends - a male thread on one side and a female threaded bore on the other - allowing boards to be stacked or secured at a consistent standoff height. The body is brass with a zinc-plated finish that meets ASTM B633 Type 1 and QQ-B-626 Comp 22 standards. Overall length is 26.97 mm (approximately 1.062 inches), with a hex body width across flats of 4.50 mm (approximately 0.177 inches). This hardware is used by electronics assemblers, panel builders, and electricians working on control board installations and enclosure builds.
This standoff is suited for metric PCB mounting applications in residential and commercial control panels, HVAC control boards, low-voltage electronics enclosures, and similar assemblies requiring precise board-to-board or board-to-chassis spacing. The hex body profile allows easy tightening and removal with standard hex tooling. The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per order, with individual package quantity of 1.
Designed for use with M2.5 x 0.45 metric threaded fastener applications including PCB stacking, panel mounting, and circuit board chassis assemblies requiring a hex standoff spacer.
Installation is performed by panel builders, electronics assemblers, and electricians during control board or enclosure assembly. Always de-energize and lock out the panel or enclosure before installing or removing standoffs in live assemblies. Use an appropriately sized hex driver or open-end wrench sized to 4.50 mm across flats - do not use pliers, which can deform the hex faces. Verify thread engagement on both the male and female ends before applying torque to avoid cross-threading in PCB mounting holes.
