The ELECTRO HARDWARE MMF1327M0616M25 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to create precise spacing between PCB layers or between a board and a mounting surface. Machined from aluminum alloy to QQ-A-225A Comp 2 specification, this standoff features a metric M2.5 x 0.45 thread on both ends - a male thread on one end and a female threaded bore on the other - allowing stacked assemblies to be built up one standoff at a time. The hex body measures 4.5 mm across flats for wrench engagement, and the overall assembled length is 21.97 mm with a body length of 18.00 mm. It weighs approximately 0.00232 pounds per piece. Intended for use by electronics assemblers, field service technicians, and trade professionals performing panel or control board work.
This standoff is suited for metric circuit board mounting applications in control panels, HVAC control boards, electrical enclosures, and similar assemblies where consistent board-to-surface or board-to-board spacing is required. The M2.5 x 0.45 thread size is common in compact PCB assemblies. The bright uncoated aluminum finish is appropriate for indoor, non-corrosive environments. Supplied individually, with a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.
Designed as a metric-thread circuit board standoff compatible with M2.5 x 0.45 threaded PCB mounting hardware used in standard control board and panel assembly applications.
Installation is typically performed by electronics assemblers or qualified technicians during control board service or panel assembly. Power down and de-energize all circuits before accessing control boards or panel assemblies. Use a properly sized metric nut driver or wrench on the hex flats - do not use pliers directly on the body, as this may deform the aluminum. Thread engagement should be verified on both the male and female ends before final torque to avoid cross-threading in the aluminum material.
