The ELECTRO HARDWARE MMF1313M09F16M3 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to stack and space printed circuit boards within electronic enclosures and control panels. Machined from 303 stainless steel with a bright uncoated finish, it meets the QQ-S-763 fastener standard. The M3x0.5 thread runs on both the male pin end and the female threaded bore, with an overall length of 15.76 mm and a body length of 11.00 mm. The hex body measures 4.50 mm across flats, making it compatible with standard hex drivers. Electronics assembly technicians, control panel builders, and field service electricians use this standoff when building or servicing PCB assemblies in HVAC controls, relay panels, and similar equipment.
This standoff is suited for metric-threaded PCB mounting applications in residential and light commercial control enclosures, industrial control panels, and instrumentation assemblies. It provides a rigid, corrosion-resistant spacer between board layers or between a board and a chassis surface. The male thread engages a mating female standoff or threaded hole, while the internal female thread accepts a screw or the next standoff in a stack. It is appropriate wherever a clean, bright stainless finish is required and where QQ-S-763 compliance is specified.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation standoff for metric M3x0.5 threaded circuit board mounting applications in control panels and PCB assemblies.
Installation is performed by electronics technicians or licensed electricians working on control panel assemblies. De-energize all circuits and discharge any capacitors before handling PCBs or installing standoffs. Use a properly sized hex driver or nut driver matching the 4.50 mm across-flats dimension to avoid rounding the hex body. Apply only hand-tight torque unless a specific torque value is provided by the board or enclosure manufacturer, as over-tightening can stress PCB mounting holes.
