The ELECTRO HARDWARE MMF1309M03F21M3 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to create precise spacing between stacked PCBs or between a board and a mounting surface. The standoff features an M3 x 0.5 thread on both ends - a male thread on one end and a female threaded bore on the other - allowing boards to be stacked in series. Constructed from brass with a zinc plating finish that meets ASTM B633 Type 1 and QQ-B-626 Comp 22 standards, this fastener delivers corrosion resistance suitable for electronics enclosures and control panel assemblies. The hex body measures 4.5 mm across flats for easy wrench engagement during installation.
This standoff is used in residential and commercial electronic assemblies where circuit boards must be mounted with controlled spacing. Typical applications include HVAC control board mounting, industrial control panel PCB stacking, and equipment enclosure builds where board-to-board or board-to-chassis standoff height must be consistent. The overall length of 13.76 mm and body length of 9.00 mm make it well suited for light-duty PCB mounting scenarios. Electronics technicians, panel builders, and controls installers are the primary users. Sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.
Designed as a standard metric M3 x 0.5 hex PCB standoff suitable for use in electronics enclosures, control panel assemblies, and circuit board mounting applications requiring an M3 threaded male-female configuration.
Installation is performed by electronics technicians or panel builders. De-energize all equipment before installing or removing standoffs from live control boards. Use a small hex wrench or nut driver sized for 4.5 mm across flats to seat the standoff without over-torquing the brass threads. Follow applicable enclosure and panel build standards for your application, and verify thread engagement depth is sufficient before securing the mating board or fastener.
