The ELECTRO HARDWARE 1329M06F16256 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff machined from aluminum alloy to QQ-A-225A Comp 2 specification. It provides a threaded male post on one end and a threaded female receptacle on the other, allowing PCBs and electronic assemblies to be stacked or spaced at a fixed 1 inch overall length. The hexagonal body measures 3/16 inch across flats, providing a secure grip point for installation and removal with standard hex tooling. Material grade is T3 aluminum with a bright, uncoated finish. This fastener is sized for 2-56 thread and is installed by electronics technicians and field service technicians during control board replacement or panel assembly work.
This standoff is used in residential and commercial electronic control panel assemblies, HVAC control boards, and general printed circuit board mounting applications. The 2-56 thread size is standard in low-voltage control electronics and compact PCB assemblies. The 1 inch body length sets board-to-board or board-to-chassis spacing consistently across multiple standoff positions. Thread depth on the female end is 3/16 inch and thread length on the male end is 5/32 inch. This part ships individually and must be ordered in multiples of 5 per minimum order quantity requirements.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation standoff for circuit board assemblies requiring 2-56 threaded male-female hex standoffs at 1 inch spacing.
This standoff is installed by electronics technicians and HVAC control board service personnel. Power down and de-energize all circuits before removing or installing control board hardware. Use an appropriately sized hex driver or nut driver on the 3/16 inch flats to seat the standoff without overtightening, which can strip the aluminum threads. Follow applicable low-voltage wiring and panel assembly guidelines per NEC or equipment manufacturer service documentation.
