The ELECTRO HARDWARE 1325M03F21256 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to create fixed spacing between PCBs and mounting surfaces in electronic assemblies. Machined from brass with a zinc-plated finish meeting ASTM B633 Type 1 and QQ-B-626 Comp 22 standards, this standoff delivers reliable corrosion resistance and secure thread engagement. The fastener features a 2-56 thread size, an overall body length of 0.875 inches, and a hex body shape measuring 0.1875 inches (3/16 inches) across the flats. Electronics assembly technicians, panel builders, and PCB integrators install these standoffs to stack boards, isolate components, and provide threaded mounting points inside enclosures and control panels.
This standoff is suited for residential and commercial electronics assemblies where consistent board-to-board or board-to-chassis spacing is required. Typical applications include control boards, relay panels, industrial enclosures, HVAC control modules, and general PCB mounting assemblies. The male thread on one end accepts a mating nut or tapped hole, while the female threaded end receives a machine screw, allowing boards to be stacked in sequence or secured to a base chassis. Its compact hex profile simplifies installation and torquing with standard hex drivers or nut drivers.
Designed as a standard inch-series male-female hex standoff for PCB and electronic panel assemblies using 2-56 machine screw fasteners.
Installation is performed by electronics assembly technicians or panel builders working on de-energized assemblies. Disconnect all power to the board or enclosure before installing or removing standoffs. Use a properly sized hex driver or nut driver matched to the 3/16 inch across-flats hex profile to avoid rounding the body. Follow applicable assembly drawings and IPC standards for PCB hardware torque and spacing requirements.
