The ELECTRO HARDWARE 1321M06F16256 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to separate and secure printed circuit boards within electronic assemblies. Machined from aluminum to a T3 material grade, this standoff features a 2-56 thread on both the male and female ends, a 3/4-inch body length, and a 3/16-inch width across flats. The bright, uncoated finish meets QQ-A-225A Comp 2 specifications. Electronics assemblers and electrical technicians use this fastener to maintain consistent board-to-board or board-to-chassis spacing in control panels, HVAC control boards, and similar low-voltage electronic enclosures.
This standoff is suited for use in residential and light commercial electronic assemblies where precise board spacing and reliable thread engagement are required. Typical applications include PCB mounting inside HVAC control boxes, electrical panel sub-assemblies, and general-purpose circuit board stacking configurations. The hex body allows for tool-assisted installation with a standard hex driver or nutdriver. Sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.
Designed as a standard inch-series male-female hex standoff for circuit board assemblies using 2-56 threaded hardware.
Installation is performed by electronics technicians or electricians working on control board assemblies. Always de-energize the equipment and discharge any capacitors before handling circuit boards or installing standoffs. Use a properly sized hex driver or nutdriver to engage the hex body and avoid over-torquing, which can strip the fine 2-56 threads. Follow applicable NEC guidelines when working inside energized enclosures.
