The ELECTRO HARDWARE 1312M19F16256 is a nylon male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to create fixed spacing between PCBs and mounting surfaces in electronic assemblies. The standoff accepts a 2-56 threaded fastener on the male end and receives a 2-56 screw on the female end, allowing boards to be stacked or secured at a consistent height. It measures 0.4688 inches in overall length with a hex body width across flats of 0.1875 inches. Tensile strength is rated at 16,500 psi. This part meets MIL-P-17091B standards and is supplied in an uncoated, bright finish. It is installed by electronics technicians, field service engineers, and equipment assemblers working with control boards and enclosures.
This standoff is used in residential and commercial electronic control assemblies, including HVAC control boards, relay panels, and other PCB mounting applications where nylon non-conductive hardware is required. The hex body shape allows installation with a standard nut driver or wrench. It is appropriate for any application requiring a lightweight, non-metallic 2-56 threaded board standoff with a defined stack height under 0.5 inches.
Designed as a standard 2-56 nylon hex circuit board standoff suitable for PCB mounting and board stacking applications requiring MIL-P-17091B compliant hardware.
Install using a nut driver or wrench sized for a 0.1875-inch hex body. Ensure the mating board hole diameter is appropriate for a 2-56 thread before installation. De-energize all circuits before working on or near control boards. Do not overtighten nylon standoffs as the material is subject to thread stripping under excess torque.
