The ECM INDUSTRIES LLC PPR-1575 is a rubber insulated steel pipe clamp designed to secure and support piping in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. It features a 0.75 inch inside diameter opening and a single mounting hole, making it straightforward to fasten to framing, joists, or strut. The steel body provides rigid support while the rubber insulation lining cushions the pipe, reduces vibration transmission, and prevents metal-to-pipe contact that can cause wear or noise over time. Each package contains two clamps, sold in clamshell packaging. This clamp is a standard component for pipefitters, plumbers, and HVAC installers working on residential and light commercial projects.
The PPR-1575 suits typical pipe support applications where a 0.75 inch nominal pipe or tubing run requires secure anchoring to a structural surface. Common install scenarios include copper water lines, refrigerant suction or liquid lines, PVC drain runs, and small-diameter gas or condensate piping where vibration dampening is a priority. The single-hole mounting pattern keeps installation fast and requires minimal hardware. This clamp ships in a 2-pack clamshell and is available in case quantities of 10 packages.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit clamp for 3/4 inch pipe support applications in residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping installations.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or pipefitters following applicable IPC or IFGC pipe support spacing requirements. Shut off fluid flow and depressurize the line before positioning the clamp if retrofitting to an existing system. Fasten the clamp securely using an appropriate fastener for the substrate material. Do not overtighten to the point of deforming the rubber lining or collapsing the pipe wall on softer tubing types.
