The EATON B2014 is a stainless steel strut pipe clamp from the B-Line series, designed to secure 2-1/2 inch rigid conduit or pipe with an outer diameter of 2-7/8 inches to standard strut channel. Fabricated from Type 304 stainless steel, this clamp is built for corrosive or wet environments where carbon steel hardware would degrade. It carries a rated load of 800 pounds and ships with a combination recess hex head machine screw for straightforward installation. Electricians and pipefitters use this clamp in conduit support applications where a secure, corrosion-resistant mechanical connection to unistrut or equivalent channel is required.
The B2014 is suited for commercial and industrial electrical installations, mechanical rooms, utility areas, outdoor structures, and anywhere rigid conduit runs must be supported at regular intervals per code. Its stainless steel construction makes it a practical choice for food processing facilities, wastewater plants, coastal installations, and other environments with elevated moisture or chemical exposure. The included machine screw reduces the need for additional hardware on the job.
Designed as an OEM-style strut pipe clamp for use with standard unistrut and equivalent strut channel systems supporting 2-1/2 inch rigid conduit or pipe with a 2-7/8 inch outer diameter.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician or qualified pipefitter in accordance with the NEC and applicable local codes governing conduit support spacing and fastener requirements. De-energize all circuits in the work area before securing conduit to strut. Use appropriate torque for the supplied machine screw to avoid distorting the clamp body. Do not exceed the rated 800 pound load capacity for the assembly.
