Eaton 3521-4W is a surface-mount telecom/data jack that provides a 4-conductor RJ11/RJ14 modular connection for residential and commercial telephone installations. It mounts to surface or device box and uses Type 630A screw terminals with color-notched terminations for wiring. Constructed of thermoplastic elastomer, it supports Category 3 applications including RJ11, RJ14 and RJ25 and carries UL, cUL and FCC approvals and RoHS compliance. Dimensions are approximately 3 x 4.7 x 0.6 inches.
