The EASTERN NMLT125 is a straight, non-metallic liquidtight conduit connector designed for use exclusively with Type B non-metallic liquidtight conduit. Built from UV-rated plastic, this fitting handles outdoor exposure without degrading, making it a reliable choice for long-term exterior installations. It carries a 1-1/4 inch trade size and fits a 1-1/4 inch knockout opening. The gray UV-rated housing meets both UL and CSA approvals. Electricians reach for this connector when securing flexible liquidtight runs to enclosures, panels, or junction boxes in wet or outdoor environments where corrosion resistance and UV stability are required.
This connector is suited for residential and commercial electrical installations where Type B non-metallic liquidtight conduit terminates at a box or enclosure. Common applications include outdoor equipment connections, HVAC disconnect wiring, irrigation controls, and other installations requiring a weatherproof, flexible conduit termination. The straight body configuration works where the conduit approaches the knockout head-on without requiring a bend at the fitting. Standard package quantity is 25 units, making this appropriate for service vehicles and job-site stock.
Designed for use with Type B non-metallic liquidtight flexible conduit at a 1-1/4 inch trade size. Not intended for use with metallic liquidtight conduit or Type A non-metallic liquidtight conduit.
Installation is performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). De-energize the circuit and verify lockout/tagout procedures are in place before working at any enclosure. Insert the connector through the knockout and secure with the provided locknut; do not overtighten plastic fittings, as excessive torque can crack the body. Confirm the conduit is fully seated and the fitting is watertight before restoring power.
