The EAGLE CUTTING TOOL SDS4350-7500-18-D is an SDS masonry drill bit designed for boring through concrete, block, brick, and other masonry materials. The bit features an 18-inch overall length (OAL) and a 3/4-inch diameter, providing the reach and cutting size needed for deep anchor, conduit, and pipe-sleeve applications. The SDS shank design locks into SDS-compatible rotary hammer chucks for positive bit retention during high-impact drilling. Plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians routinely use this bit when core penetrations through masonry walls, foundations, or slabs are required on rough-in work.
This bit is suited for residential and light commercial applications where a full 18-inch reach is needed through thick masonry assemblies. Typical uses include drilling sleeve holes for refrigerant lines, conduit runs, gas piping penetrations, and plumbing rough-in through poured concrete or concrete masonry unit walls. The 3/4-inch diameter accommodates common line-set and conduit sleeve sizes used in trade work.
Designed for use with SDS-compatible rotary hammers. Fits standard SDS chuck systems found on rotary hammer drills used in masonry drilling applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed tradesperson using an SDS-compatible rotary hammer drill. Confirm the chuck accepts SDS shank bits before use and ensure the bit is fully seated and locked in the chuck. Always wear appropriate eye protection and dust control measures when drilling masonry, and follow applicable OSHA silica dust exposure guidelines. Mark penetration depth on the bit before drilling to avoid overdrilling into adjacent cavities or finished spaces.
