The EAGLE CUTTING TOOL SDS4350-1875-4-D is an SDS-shank masonry drill bit designed for rotary hammer drilling into concrete, block, brick, and other masonry substrates. The bit measures 3/16 inch in diameter with a 4-5/8 inch overall length (OAL) and features a delta-style carbide tip geometry engineered for fast penetration and extended service life. This bit is a standard trade-size fastener-prep tool used by electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and general contractors when anchoring into masonry walls, floors, and ceilings.
This drill bit is suited for light-duty to medium-duty masonry boring in residential and commercial construction. Common applications include drilling anchor holes for conduit straps, pipe hangers, equipment mounting brackets, and threaded rod anchors in poured concrete or concrete masonry units (CMU). The 3/16 inch diameter is a frequently specified size for 3/16 inch or 1/4 inch anchor systems. The SDS shank type ensures positive bit retention in SDS-compatible rotary hammers during hammer and rotation mode.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use masonry drill bit compatible with SDS-style rotary hammers used in trade and construction applications.
Installation is performed by licensed or qualified trade professionals using an SDS rotary hammer set to hammer-drill mode. Wear appropriate PPE including eye protection and hearing protection when operating rotary hammer equipment. Confirm anchor manufacturer minimum embedment depth requirements before drilling to ensure proper hole depth. Do not use this bit in standard drill-only mode without hammer engagement, as this may damage the bit tip and reduce penetration performance.
