The E6000 800622 is a clear industrial-grade adhesive formulated for high-strength bonding across a wide range of substrates. It delivers the flexibility and chemical resistance that silicones and rubber cements cannot match. The cured bond remains flexible in cold weather, resists vibration and mechanical wear, and withstands exposure to dilute acids and caustics. Once fully cured, the adhesive is waterproof and suitable for submersion in fresh and salt water. It is also paintable, allowing technicians to match surrounding surfaces or apply a UV-resistant topcoat. The 3.7 oz tube is a standard unit for field and shop use by maintenance professionals, auto technicians, and electrical tradespeople.
This adhesive is used across vehicle maintenance, electrical potting, and general industrial repair applications. It bonds metals, glass, rubber, and plastics, making it a practical multi-substrate solution for both shop and field environments. Its self-leveling formulation allows it to flow into gaps and serve as a potting material in electrical and computer assemblies where vibration resistance and moisture protection are required. Suitable for residential, commercial, and light industrial settings where a single adhesive must handle varied materials and environmental conditions.
Designed as a universal adhesive for bonding dissimilar substrates including metals, glass, rubber, and plastics in vehicle maintenance, electrical, and general industrial repair applications.
Surface preparation is critical — clean and dry all bonding surfaces before application. Allow full cure time before exposing the bond to water, chemicals, or mechanical stress. Use in a well-ventilated area; this product contains chemical compounds requiring handling precautions per the safety data sheet. California Proposition 65 Warning: This product can expose you to chemicals including perchloroethylene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer.
