The E-FLEX la012-22101 is a flexible liquidtight metallic conduit rated for heavy-duty electrical installations in wet, oily, and hazardous environments. Built on a square-lock steel core with a hot-dip galvanized finish and a gray PVC jacket, this conduit delivers mechanical protection and moisture resistance in a single assembly. It carries UL 360 listing, CSA C22.2 certification, and CE approval, and conforms to ANSI 360 and ANSI/NFPA-70/79 standards. The trade size is 3/4 inch, with an inner diameter of 0.82 to 0.84 inches and an outer diameter of 1.03 to 1.05 inches. Licensed electricians install this conduit in commercial and industrial settings where standard rigid or flexible metallic conduit is not adequate for the environment.
This conduit is suited for industrial facilities, marinas, boatyards, and hazardous locations. Its Class I Division 2, Class II Division 1, and Class III Division 1 enclosure ratings make it appropriate for areas with flammable gases, combustible dusts, or ignitable fibers. The PVC jacket is both sunlight resistant and flame retardant, supporting exposed or concealed installations. Temperature ratings are -30 to 80 degrees C in dry conditions, 60 degrees C in wet conditions, and 70 degrees C in oil environments. Each carton contains 100 feet of conduit.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation liquidtight flexible metallic conduit for 3/4 inch trade size applications in industrial, marine, and hazardous-location electrical systems conforming to ANSI/NFPA-70 and NFPA-79 requirements.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the NEC (ANSI/NFPA-70) and any applicable local codes. De-energize all circuits before cutting, fitting, or connecting the conduit. Use fittings rated for liquidtight flexible metallic conduit at each termination point to maintain the environmental protection rating. Maintain bending radii at or above the specified static and dynamic minimums to avoid damage to the jacket or core.
