Product Description

The DYNAFLUX DF315-16 is a nuclear-grade nondestructive testing (NDT) developer supplied in a 16 oz aerosol can. Developer is the final step in a liquid penetrant inspection (LPI) sequence: after excess penetrant is removed, the developer draws trapped penetrant back to the surface, making cracks, porosity, and other surface discontinuities visible under inspection lighting. The DF315-16 formulation meets the requirements for nuclear applications, where material traceability and chemical content restrictions are strictly controlled. It is used by NDT Level II and Level III technicians, weld inspectors, and QC personnel in nuclear, power generation, and heavy industrial environments.

This developer is suited for penetrant inspection work on metallic and nonmetallic components in nuclear power plants, pressure vessels, piping systems, and structural weldments.
