Air consumption is rated at 18 CFM, so a properly sized compressor and supply line are required for consistent performance. The tool accepts a 5-inch round sanding backing pad and ships with a premium urethane weight-mated sanding pad included. A built-in vacuum port supports dust extraction for cleaner work surfaces.
The 56853 is suited for automotive body finishing, woodworking, and general metal or composite surface preparation.
