The DWYER 32A113 is a 1/32 DIN digital temperature and process controller designed for precise thermal management in commercial and industrial HVAC, process, and building automation applications. It accepts a universal sensor input, covering a broad range from -17 degrees C up to 4208 degrees F, making it adaptable to a wide variety of sensing elements without requiring a dedicated input module. Control output is via AC SSR, and the unit uses Fuzzy Logic PID for responsive, stable setpoint control. A dual 4-digit LCD display provides simultaneous visibility of process value and setpoint. The 32A113 weighs 0.5 pounds and is sized to the compact 1/32 DIN panel-cut standard. Licensed HVAC technicians and process instrumentation technicians are the primary installers.
The 32A113 is suited for temperature and process control in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, industrial process equipment, laboratory environments, and building automation panels. Its universal sensor input allows compatibility with thermocouples and RTDs commonly found in boiler control, duct temperature monitoring, and process heating or cooling loops.
