The DWYER 3010MR is a Photohelic pressure switch gauge combining a differential pressure gauge with adjustable high and low set-point switches in a single instrument. Rated to 25 psi maximum with 2% accuracy, it mounts to a surface and connects via 1/8 inch female NPT (FNPT) ports located at the back or side. The 4 inch dial provides clear readout in the field, and the polycarbonate plastic body keeps weight low at 1.625 pounds. Electrical connections are made through included 8 inch cable assemblies. HVAC technicians, industrial maintenance techs, and building automation professionals are the primary installers of this instrument.
This switch gauge is suited for monitoring differential pressure in HVAC air handling systems, cleanrooms, filter banks, and light industrial process applications. It is typically installed where both visual pressure indication and automatic switch actuation are required at the same point in the system. The 1/8 inch FNPT connection and surface-mount design make it adaptable to panel installations and duct-mounted sensing configurations. The instrument handles a minimum pressure of -20 inches water column (Hg), making it useful across a range of positive and negative pressure monitoring tasks.
