The DWYER 25111 is a quarter DIN digital PID temperature controller designed for precise process temperature management in industrial and commercial applications. It accepts thermocouple inputs in J, K, T, E, and N types and controls temperatures up to 2500 degrees F. The dual 4-digit LCD display shows setpoint and process value simultaneously, giving technicians an at-a-glance read of system status. Output is via solid-state relay (SSR) drive, and the built-in alarm function supports process monitoring. Operating voltage spans 100 to 240 volts AC, making the unit compatible with both domestic and international power supplies. Accuracy is rated at 0.25 percent of full scale.
The 25111 is suited for heat treatment equipment, industrial ovens, kilns, HVAC process skids, and laboratory or light manufacturing environments where tight temperature control is required. The 1/4 DIN form factor fits standard panel cutouts, simplifying retrofits into existing control panels. Licensed electricians and instrumentation technicians are the primary installers. The wide thermocouple input compatibility allows the controller to integrate with existing sensor wiring across a broad range of process setups without requiring sensor replacement.
