The DWYER 25011 is a 1/4 DIN digital PID temperature controller designed for precise process temperature management in industrial and commercial applications. It accepts multiple thermocouple input types including J, K, T, E, and N, with a measurement range reaching up to 2,500 degrees F. The controller features a dual 4-digit LCD display with a 0.56-inch scale on each readout, allowing simultaneous monitoring of setpoint and process temperature. Output is via solid-state relay (SSR) drive. The unit operates across a wide supply voltage range of 100 to 240 volts AC. Licensed HVAC technicians, process control technicians, and industrial electricians are the primary installers.
The DWYER 25011 is suited for residential and light commercial heating systems, industrial ovens, kilns, plastic processing equipment, laboratory equipment, and any process requiring closed-loop PID temperature control. Its 1/4 DIN form factor fits standard panel cutouts, making it a common choice for control panel builds and retrofit applications where multiple thermocouple input types must be accommodated on a single platform.
Designed for use with thermocouple types J, K, T, E, and N sensors. Fits standard 1/4 DIN panel cutouts and is suitable as an OEM-style or retrofit temperature controller in process control panels and industrial equipment enclosures.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or instrumentation technician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. Disconnect and lock out all power to the control panel before wiring the controller, sensor input leads, and SSR output connections. Verify that the thermocouple type is configured to match the sensor installed in the process. Do not apply power until all wiring connections have been inspected and the panel enclosure is properly closed.
