The DUPONT TY120SWHMD0025NF is a disposable protective coverall constructed from Tyvek 400, a flash-spun high-density polyethylene nonwoven material manufactured exclusively by DuPont. Sized for medium-build workers, each garment weighs 1.2 oz and features a front zipper closure with stormflap, serged seams, and elastic cuffs and ankles for a secure fit. The white coverall provides particle protection and is rated Non-Cleanroom ISO class. This pack contains 25 individual coveralls, making it a practical case-buy for job-site inventory. Installation and use are handled by maintenance workers, abatement contractors, spray painters, and general facility personnel operating in environments with airborne particulates or light contamination hazards.
These coveralls are suited for residential and commercial applications where limited-use protective clothing is required. Typical use cases include lead and asbestos abatement and remediation, spray painting operations, general maintenance and facility operations, and general clean-up tasks. The Tyvek 400 material offers a balance of breathability, durability, and barrier performance appropriate for non-hazardous particulate environments. The 28.5-inch inseam accommodates standard medium-frame workers across a range of industries including HVAC service, plumbing rough-in, insulation work, and light industrial maintenance where contamination control or personal protection from dust and debris is needed.
Designed for use in non-cleanroom environments requiring particle protection, including lead and asbestos abatement, spray painting, general maintenance, and clean-up applications. Sized for medium-frame workers with a 28.5-inch inseam.
Donning and doffing should follow applicable OSHA and site safety protocols, particularly in abatement or contamination-control environments where proper removal sequence prevents cross-contamination. Inspect each garment for tears or seal failures before use. Dispose of used coveralls in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing the waste stream generated by the work activity. These are single-use garments and must not be laundered or reused.
