Product Description

Drylok 29913 is a clear, latex-based concrete protector supplied in a 1 gallon container that penetrates masonry using SaltLok technology to resist efflorescence and provide a low-sheen, weatherproof sealer. The product acts as a moisture vapor barrier, hardens masonry prior to topcoating, and is suitable for bare masonry or previously painted surfaces. Coverage is approximately 400 sq ft per gallon with one to two recommended coats.

• Water-based latex formula with SaltLok technology; low-sheen/satin finish; serves as a moisture vapor barrier; coverage ~400 sq ft/gal; dry time about 2 hours or less; 1–2 coats.
• Protects masonry from de-icing salts, household cleaners, acid, gasoline, oil and weathering; reduces recurring efflorescence and solidifies surfaces prior to painting.
• Can be applied by brush, roller, pad applicator, sprayer, or squeegee; cleanup with soap and water; net content 1 gallon; VOC ~100 g/L.
