The DREMEL MM485B is a three-piece flush cutting blade set designed for oscillating multi-tools. The kit includes the MM422 3/4 inch Wood and Metal Flush Cut Blade, the MM440 3/4 inch Wood Flush Cut Blade, and the MM450 3 inch Wood and Drywall Saw Blade. The MM422 features a carbide tooth blade material rated for high-performance cutting in hard materials. Universal Quick Fit mounting allows fast blade changes without additional adapters. This set is used by carpenters, remodelers, drywall installers, and general contractors who need a versatile oscillating blade kit for a range of cutting tasks.
The MM485B set covers three common oscillating tool applications: flush cutting in wood and metal, wood-only flush cutting, and straight plunge or panel cutting in wood and drywall. The 3/4 inch blades handle trim work, door jamb undercutting, and tight-space flush cuts. The 3 inch MM450 saw blade is suited for drywall cutouts, plunge cuts in lumber, and similar panel work. Compatible oscillating tools include the Dremel MM20, MM40, 6300, 7300, and 8300 models. Quick Fit blade attachment works across the Dremel oscillating platform and is also compatible with Bosch and Makita oscillating tools that accept the Universal Quick Fit interface.
Designed for use with the Dremel MM20, MM40, 6300, 7300, and 8300 oscillating multi-tools. Universal Quick Fit blades are also compatible with Bosch and Makita oscillating tools that accept the Universal Quick Fit interface.
Blade installation and changes should be performed with the tool powered off and unplugged or battery removed. Secure the blade firmly using the tool's Quick Fit clamp mechanism before operating. Wear appropriate eye and hand protection when handling oscillating blades and during cutting operations. Blade selection should match the material being cut — use the MM422 for metal or hard materials, the MM440 for wood, and the MM450 for drywall or lumber panel cuts.
