The DOTCO 10LF201-36 is a right-angle air die grinder designed for precision grinding, deburring, and finishing work in metalworking and fabrication applications. Powered by compressed air at 90 psi and 23 CFM, it delivers 0.4 HP with a rated speed of 20,000 RPM and a speed range of 18,000 to 24,999 RPM. The 90-degree angle handle configuration gives technicians better access in tight spaces and awkward work angles. The front exhaust design directs airflow away from the work surface. The aluminum housing keeps the tool lightweight at 1.9 pounds, reducing operator fatigue during extended use. This grinder ships with a lube kit, collet, and collet wrench included.
The 10LF201-36 is suited for metal fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, and production environments where controlled material removal is required. The right-angle design is particularly useful for porting, die finishing, weld cleanup, and surface blending on parts that a straight grinder cannot easily reach. It accepts 1/4 inch collet tooling, which covers a wide range of carbide burrs, mounted points, and grinding stones common in trade and industrial use. The 1/4 inch inlet threads directly onto standard shop air lines and quick-connect fittings.
Designed for use with 1/4 inch shank collet tooling including carbide burrs, mounted points, and abrasive stones. Connects to standard 1/4 inch NPT air lines and quick-connect systems delivering at least 90 psi and 23 CFM at the tool inlet.
Installation and operation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with pneumatic tooling. Before connecting to an air supply, verify the line pressure does not exceed the rated 90 psi operating pressure and that the air supply is clean and lubricated per manufacturer recommendations. Use the included lube applicator before first use. Always ensure the work piece is secure and the tool is running at speed before contacting the work surface.
