Product Description

The DiversiTech U4558-3 is a lightweight concrete composite equipment pad designed to support HVAC condensers, heat pumps, and other outdoor equipment. It is strengthened by miles of fiber in each square foot of fiber-cement coating, providing excellent resistance to cracking or breaking. The solid bottom provides excellent resistance to settling.

• Lightweight concrete pad, about 2.5 lbs. per square foot
• Concrete outer skin and EPS foam core provide flexibility and vibration dampening

Product Highlights

The UltraLite pad is freeze/thaw, UV, chemical & flame-resistant for long-term life outdoors. It is tested per ASTM D2299 with refrigerants, synthetic canine urine, compressor oil or salt solution.
